Principal Investing

We invest in middle market companies in partnership with family offices that previously owned controlling stakes in one of the largest banks in the United States and a professional sports franchise in addition to significant real estate holdings.  We have the ability to invest across the capital structure. Our debt investments will typically be in the form of cash flow loans (senior secured loans or mezzanine loans) or asset based loans.  Equity investments can be structured as either control positions or minority investments.  We have experience investing in a variety of industry sectors. 

We also invest in real estate, oil & gas assets, bonds & other instruments.
