In addition, we provide debt capital raising, asset sale advisory and certain restructuring services to a select group of companies, private equity firms, lenders, family offices and government entities.  Our Energy Group trades physical commodities such as crude oil, ultra low sulfur diesel, gasoline and marine fuels.   

Prior to forming GSL, our professionals had over 20 years of experience with some of the world's leading investment banks, private equity firms, asset management firms, and hedge funds with over $20 billion of assets under management.  Our Advisory Board Members and consultants also have extensive experience running companies in North America and Europe.  Their experience can be leveraged to create significant value for our clients.  Our senior professionals are highly engaged in every transaction.
